These terms govern your use of the BNPS international website and our free study-abroad counselling services. By using this site or engaging our counsellors, you agree to the terms below.
Our services
BNPS international provides free study-abroad counselling covering university selection, application support, and visa guidance. Our paid Premium Services tier is a separate, clearly disclosed offering with its own fee structure, communicated directly before you opt in.
No guarantee of admission or visa outcome
We provide guidance based on our experience and current published requirements, but admission decisions and visa approvals are made solely by universities and government authorities. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep fees, rankings, and visa rules on this site accurate and current, but these figures change over time and should be independently confirmed with the relevant university or government source before you rely on them for a decision.
Zero processing fees
We do not charge processing fees for our standard free counselling service. This does not apply to the separately disclosed Premium Services tier.
